Analysis method of microorganism in drinking water of high-rise building

Harm of microorganism exceeding the standard in water

If the microorganism in the water exceeds the standard, it is harmful to human health first, because most of the microorganisms in the water are pathogenic bacteria, for example, the total coliform group exceeding the standard will cause various inflammation and diarrhea, and Escherichia coli will also cause diarrhea, resulting in a large amount of water loss of human body, and serious collapse will endanger life. Therefore, the detection standard of these two items is not allowed.

The total number of bacterial colonies is different from the previous two items. The total number of bacterial colonies is not all pathogenic bacteria, but also contains some bacteria beneficial to human body. Although the total number of bacterial colonies is not as important as the coliform bacteria in the sense of hygiene, it is not to say that the total number of bacterial colonies exceeds the standard. It is not necessary to deal with it. The total number of bacterial colonies exceeds the standard, which means that the number of pathogenic bacteria is also increasing. If you drink this kind of water, it is likely to cause harm to your health.

Detection method of microorganism in high-rise water supply

The plate counting method is the most widely used in the microbiological detection of drinking water, mainly because the materials used in this method are very simple, and the operation is relatively simple and convenient. Non-professional personnel can also complete the work well under the guidance of the company without worrying about errors. In addition, the use cost is relatively low. It can meet the simple microbial detection in daily life.

According to relevant standards, the specific detection steps are as follows:

Use sterile operation method to suck 1mL of fully mixed water sample (mixing method) with a sterile pipette, inject it into a sterile plate, pour about 15mL of nutrient agar culture medium that has been melted and cooled to about 45 ℃, and immediately shake the plate to fully mix the water sample with the culture medium. During each test, a parallel inoculation should be made, and at the same time, another plate should be used to pour only nutrient agar medium as the blank control. It should be noted that only one gradient is needed for drinking water.

The solution of microorganism exceeding the standard in high-rise buildings

If the microorganism on the high floor is found to exceed the standard during the detection, the water supply on the high floor of the community should be stopped immediately to find out the reason for the microorganism exceeding the standard, and the corresponding treatment should be carried out, and then the water tank should be cleaned.
